Crafted from ancient grains cultivated on the Frescobaldi estates in Tuscany, Tirrena Spaghetti No. 5 is bronze-die extruded and slow dried for 144 hours to preserve the grain’s rich flavor and exceptional texture. Its slender, round strands make this a versatile accompaniment to simple oil-based sauces, tomato sauces, and classic pasta dishes, delivering a balanced bite with every forkful.
