Inspired by Calabria, Capitano Gianluigi Santoro’s hometown on the Italian coast, Captain Santor’s Southern Sea Gin is produced in small batches using botanicals drawn from the Mediterranean and the home gardens that shaped his earliest memories. Bright citrus, aromatic herbs, and a subtle salinity come together in a London Dry Gin that captures the freshness of the Southern Sea.
