Crafted from ancient grains cultivated on the Frescobaldi estates in Tuscany, Tirrena Paccheri is bronze-die extruded and slow dried for 96 hours to preserve the grain’s rich flavor and exceptional texture. Its wide tubular shape carries sauces both around and within each piece, creating a satisfying balance of pasta and sauce in every bite.
