In November 2024, MONO was introduced for the first time at Lusso, where Chef Margarita Fores created a special menu inspired by the products that would become the foundation of our collection.

The evening brought together friends, partners, and members of the culinary community around a table that celebrated things like craftsmanship and the simple pleasure of sharing a meal. Each dish offered an early glimpse of what MONO hoped to become: a thoughtful curation of products and stories that invite us to appreciate the beauty of everyday experiences.

There was no more fitting place for MONO to begin. Chef Margarita made the evening especially meaningful with her lifelong dedication to Italian cuisine and her unwavering belief in the power of good food and hospitality.

Looking back, the evening felt like less of a launch and more like the first sign of what MONO would become: a celebration of the simple pleasures that bring people together.
