In November 2025, MONO, Tiño, and Helm came together for The Art of One: A Bespoke Dinner Experience. It was an evening that explored how intertwined food, tailoring, and other objects that enrich everyday life can be.

Guests were invited into an experience where every detail was taken into careful consideration, from the preparation and plating of each dish to the ingredients that molded the menu itself. Throughout the evening, MONO’s collection found its place at the table, weaving itself into the flavors and stories being shared. The element of tailoring showed its colors through the bespoke chef’s jacket created by Tiño for Chef Josh Boutwood as an homage to the value of precision that both of their crafts emphasize.

The occasion was made even more special by the fact that it took place only days after Helm was awarded two Michelin stars; it was the only restaurant in the Philippines to receive the distinction. That recognition added to the sense of celebration on an evening already devoted to the pursuit excellence for one’s craft.

Though it may be expressed through different mediums, MONO, Tiño, and Helm share a common philosophy.
